The Recruitment Consultant role at SEEK is a superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of technological and operational transformation. This position plays a critical role in driving our clients' full-cycle recruiting process, coordinating with clients, external partners, and candidates to ensure successful placements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and conduct consultation calls to efficiently capture clients' hiring requirements, uncover hidden preferences, and proactively improve customer satisfaction through professional consulting services.
  • Regularly update clients on progress and provide detailed insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, effectively promote roles and shortlist potential candidates for hirers using our SmartHire service and SEEK AI Tools.
  • Build strong candidate relationships to ensure high engagement and retention throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate hiring progress tracking in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics, as needed.
  • Act as a hard-working and passionate team member in a startup environment, chipping in positively to the product's key business outcomes.
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve key service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment performance metrics.
  • Handle other ad hoc/special assignments or projects as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • A strong passion for building a career in the recruitment industry.
  • A customer focused approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, spoken and written in English.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of an ambitious team.
  • A dedication to quality and continuous improvement in analytical skills.
