Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule and conduct consultation calls to efficiently capture clients' hiring requirements, uncover hidden preferences, and proactively improve customer satisfaction through professional consulting services.
- Regularly update clients on progress and provide detailed insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct candidate outreach, effectively promote roles and shortlist potential candidates for hirers using our SmartHire service and SEEK AI Tools.
- Build strong candidate relationships to ensure high engagement and retention throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate hiring progress tracking in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics, as needed.
- Act as a hard-working and passionate team member in a startup environment, chipping in positively to the product's key business outcomes.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve key service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment performance metrics.
- Handle other ad hoc/special assignments or projects as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant.
- Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- A strong passion for building a career in the recruitment industry.
- A customer focused approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, spoken and written in English.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of an ambitious team.
