Job Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter at Ruggable, you will play a pivotal role in fueling the growth of our Marketing and Product organizations by attracting top-tier talent and serving as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging passive candidates to partnering with hiring managers to define needs and build world-class teams. Beyond the requisition, you'll shape and execute proactive talent strategies, aligning closely with senior executives to prioritize hiring efforts and ensure seamless integration with broader business goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: Proactively source, engage, and assess top talent across the Marketing and Product organizations, ensuring a seamless and candidate-centric hiring experience
- Strategic partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to deeply understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with business goals
- Build robust and diverse talent pipelines: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, networking, and innovative research methods, to attract high-caliber candidates and ensure a diverse slate
- Influence hiring strategy: Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing data-driven insights and market intelligence to shape and refine recruiting approaches, making a direct impact on hiring decisions
- Drive recruitment efficiency: Manage multiple requisitions with precision, delivering timely and quality results while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining momentum for hiring managers
- Leverage data for impact: Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics, using insights to optimize recruitment processes and influence broader talent strategies
- Lead special projects: Take ownership of talent acquisition initiatives that enhance our hiring capabilities, from employer branding efforts to process improvements, driving continuous innovation
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 5+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven ability to lead end-to-end hiring for a variety of roles, ideally within high-growth environments
- Expert sourcing skills and techniques: Mastery in utilizing multiple talent platforms, networks, and innovative resources to attract and engage top-tier, diverse talent
- Proven success in recruiting top talent across Marketing and/or Product Creation communities, with a strong track record of filling key roles and delivering impactful hiring outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a talent for juggling multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining consistency across recruitment efforts
- Agility and resilience: Comfortable navigating shifting demands, tight timelines, and competing priorities in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
Preferred:
- Experience sourcing and hiring internationally, particularly throughout EMEA and APAC
- Ability to critically evaluate creative portfolios, mood boards, and creative briefs
Compensation:
- $105,000 - $125,000 per year base salary
- An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
- Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
