Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in India, as part of the Singapore hub servicing the APAC markets for Apple, as well as the APAC production hub for Be Grizzlee, a network-partner Post Production Studio.

The Senior Recruiter role will be primarily focused on recruiting all Junior to Mid-level roles for our India office. This person will be part of the APAC recruitment team, supporting the APAC Recruitment team in Singapore and the local HR Director in Singapore. They are expected to deliver a flawless candidate experience, run the recruitment process from brief-to-offer for all roles in their remit, and work with the wider global recruitment team to explore partnership opportunities with external organisations that will contribute to building a strong and diverse network for Media Arts Lab & Be Grizzlee.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for (but not limited to) recruiting for full-time and freelance roles across all departments from Junior to Mid-level in our India office. This includes but is not limited to roles across the following disciplines: Account Management, Strategy, Business Affairs, Creative and Production.
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, short-listing & scheduling interviews, to negotiating package, reference checks, and partnering with HR to agree and manage offer.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and become a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Consider Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in all aspects of the recruiting process, from the job briefing, to sourcing, shortlisting, and the hire itself. Encourage hiring managers to do the same.
  • Work with the wider recruiting and HR team to continuously educate yourself on evolving best practices across both recruiting & D&I.
  • Over time, get to know others in the agency & find resourceful ways to tap into their networks
  • Partner with hiring managers to write engaging and accurate job descriptions for all roles
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience and coach hiring managers on the importance of doing the same.
  • Frequently update internal applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to keep role and candidate status updated.
  • Build relationships with various organisations to support our network of strong diverse talent
