The Senior Recruiter – GTM Hiring will play a critical role in attracting top talent to Plivo's GTM teams in the USA. This remote position requires a proactive and experienced recruiter who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process independently, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a world-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in GTM hiring, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for GTM roles in the USA.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract high-caliber candidates for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
- Leverage various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
- Provide insights into talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis in the US market.
- Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and create a compelling employer brand.
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with US employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in recruitment and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in the US region.
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring processes for senior and mid-level roles.
- Deep understanding of the US talent market, particularly in GTM skills and SaaS/Tech industries.
- Proficient in using ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse), sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience recruiting for SaaS or high-growth technology companies preferred.
- Knowledge of compensation structures and GTM-specific hiring challenges.
