Senior Recruiter

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill key positions. This role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to source potential hires.

Screening & Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress.

Offer & Onboarding:

  • Assist in negotiating salary and employment terms.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media and job fairs.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support employee engagement efforts and handle workplace concerns to foster a positive and productive environment

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working on all areas of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS).
  • Experience working with tech startup teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Interest in fintech domain
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
