Position: Senior Recruiter

As part of our exciting expansion plan in Taiwan, we are hiring a Senior Recruiter. A significant aspect of your role involves partnering closely with key business leaders to understand team needs, anticipate growth, and strategize talent acquisition aligned with the company’s expansion plan. You’d play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact individuals capable of driving innovation and change within their respective teams. Join us for such an exciting opportunity!

What You Will Do

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations through a deep understanding of requirement
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management to recruit passive candidates
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, help define talent requirements, assess skill gaps, and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates capable of fueling the company’s growth and spearheading transformative initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify bottleneck, and make a data driven decision.

Qualifications:

  • Who has 5+ years of extensive experience and expertise in full lifecycle recruiting with a strong track record of success.
  • Who has excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Who is capable to thrive in a start-up and fast paced environment.
