Senior Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand strategic staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for roles including senior-level and executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop competitive compensation packages and negotiate job offers with candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent acquisition partners.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters, sharing best practices, providing training, and fostering their professional development.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting or talent acquisition setting, with at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting professionals with a background in Cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure) a strong plus
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, including competency-based interviewing and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRM, and other recruitment tools and technologies (ie LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment solutions.
