Senior Qualitative Project Manager (Remote)

The Qualitative Project Manager should own and manage every aspect of qualitative project management, including:

  • Understanding the client’s needs, incorporating them into the research and communicating them to other project team members as required.
  • Reviewing all project documentation provided by client services and identify issues that jeopardize the ability to complete the project on time and within budget or impact the project’s gross margin. If necessary, provide recommendations to client service and partner with them to obtain revised quote on project.
  • Manage internal project kick off meeting with Sales and Resources teams to review materials, finalize all project requirements and determine timelines and schedules. Work directly with the client to review all project materials and schedule and make changes as needed.
  • Provide consistent updates to client on status on project during fielding process on a frequent basis either via email or phone. Provide recommendations to panel team to maximize sample while in field.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and ensure all panellists receive incentive payments in a timely manner. Provide Finance team will all financial metrics required to complete billing and invoice process; deliver final bill to client.

General responsibilities

  • Working with the Health leads (Sales/Ops) and Offshore to ensure the successful delivery of your projects to the required standard
  • Joint responsibility (in partnership with the Business Development representatives) for the client satisfaction scores of our local clients
  • Participate in client review meetings where appropriate
  • Resolving complaints that occur during the fieldwork to both the clients and All Global satisfaction
  • Conducting debriefs with the client and internal teams to share learnings for future projects
  • Share learnings with the rest of the operations team so that project profitability can be improved
  • Knowledge sharing, problem solving and a solutions focused approach with the qual ops team, sharing knowledge and experience to aid with solutions to issues/challenges that may arise on projects across the team
  • Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of two years qualitative research experience, with a good understanding of traditional data collection techniques
  • Client management / project management experience, displaying a solutions driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills – specifically how to communicate in a timely manner under pressure, manage client expectations and distil the issues
  • The candidate must be a strong self-starter, who takes on initiatives and responsibilities.
  • Experience in healthcare qualitative research
