As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Manual Specialist who is enthusiastic about immersing themselves in a variety of projects, ranging from healthcare systems to content management systems (CMS) and CRM applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore diverse domains and be actively involved in multiple stages of the project life cycle, from inception to completion. Requirements

  • QA experience with complex web applications and mobile apps
  • Solid manual testing skills
  • Experienced in backend and frontend testing, ability to identify root cause
  • Experience performing and directing cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Experience with Postman, Charles
  • Knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of databases
  • Understanding of API basics
  • Ability to understand the system to create detailed and accurate reports
  • Ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in the quality of work
  • Experience with Agile development (Scrum), TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, good communicator, driven and committed
  • Customer orientation

Nice to have skills

  • Experience in setting up QA processes inside the team

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, compatibility, integration, e2e, and regression testing while working as a single QA or part of QA team in the project
  • Contribute and improve the testing strategy for the project according to best practices
  • Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Conduct testing activities according to established SDLC, report clear and thorough bugs
  • Analyze the requirements and communicate with the customer for clarification
  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with other team members and across the business
  • Develop and promote best practices in testing and ensure their adoption
  • Active participation in a distributed agile process
  • Proactive collaboration with teammates and remote team members
