Quality Assurance testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing for the global deployment of SAP Success factors platform, including integrations and supporting systems
Serve as a quality engineering subject matter expert as it relates to SAP and SAP Success Factors and other applications, including building automated test cases and running functional/regression testing
Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction
Lead documentation effort for both test case automation, results and overall QA/UAT process
Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document defects during User Acceptance Testing
Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release
Develop and continuously improve testing environments and automated tools
Extend successful processes and automated testing tools across other business applications as required
5+ years of experience in SAP and/or SAP Success Factors, including testautomation experience is a must (SAP certifications a plus)
University Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems
Extensive testing background with a thorough understanding of automation test techniques, across all phases of SDLC
Must have demonstrated experience and success in coordinating and facilitating testing efforts with end-users
Experience establishing and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks and creating reusable component libraries
Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices
Prior experience with other HCM and business applications such as UKG, SmartRecruiters, Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Dell Boomi are all a plus
