ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

As part of the Senior Leadership team at Blackjack Promotions, a trading division of ABM, you will play a strategic role in delivering our mission and vision. Your role is to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. This involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth. The Senior Projects & Key Accounts Manager also collaborates with other departments to optimise client experiences, resolve issues, and drive business goals. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.

You will be responsible for overseeing key client accounts, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the high standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and coordinate resources and internal support teams to achieve project objectives.

Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and co-ordination of operations will be essential in driving success and delivering high-quality, impactful work, setting Blackjack Promotions aside from the competition.

Blackjack Promotions, ABM Aviation and the ABM Corporation have various geographical locations in the

UK and overseas, and as part of this role, you will be expected to travel between locations on a regular basis

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To represent Blackjack Promotions, ABM Aviation and the ABM Corporation directly and through networking generally to all key stakeholders, including clients and service partners, local regulators, etc. to present a favourable image and representation of the Company.

2. To set a positive and highly professional example to the whole team by appropriate actions and a demonstrable high level of commitment.

3. To seek, pursue and deliver new profitable business for Blackjack Promotions, with close liaison with the Commercial Development Team representing ABM Aviation.

4. To develop and maintain an effective ongoing working relationship with all key accounts, ensuring that Blackjack Promotions understand our clients’ needs and objectives, and are able to provide viable, innovative and creative solutions.

5. Ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s are fully understood, managed and delivered.

6. To seek regular feedback from our clients to ensure continuous improvement.

7. Ensuring Blackjack Promotions, a trading division of ABM Aviation is best placed to ascertain and position themselves for any new or innovative business opportunities.

8. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell ABM services and provide creative and innovative solutions from our portfolio.

9. To support the Operations team to deliver motivated committee, creative, innovative teams.

10. To work with the Head of Client Services to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet revenue targets.

11. Providing input and insights to senior management on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for business growth.

12. Financial Performance – Using the ABM Core 7 to deliver effective and efficient results.

13. Compliance with ABM Aviation Policies and Procedures - To ensure full compliance with laid down ABM Aviation Policies and Procedures in such areas as human resources, training, financial reporting, etc.

14. Maintenance of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards - Accountable for driving forward high levels of health and safety, quality, security and environmental standards and procedures for all work that we undertake, reporting any deviation from these standards promptly to the Executive Team and other interested parties as deemed appropriate.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will demonstrate/have:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate a team to meet the needs of our customers.

• Experience of setting and managing financial budgets is an essential part of this role.

• Proven experience in account management and project management, preferably in the travel retail or promotions industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Full clean driving licence-Blackjack Promotions, ABM Aviation have various geographical locations in theUK and overseas, and as part of this role, you will be expected to travel between locations on a regular basis
