Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for supporting and collaborating across multiple departments, including Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product Development, and Creative Teams. The ideal candidate will possess a PMP certification and demonstrate exceptional ability in managing department-level objectives and projects as well as aligning them with broader company-wide goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for initiatives spanning brand marketing, performance marketing, product development, and product management.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Execute projects efficiently, managing resources effectively to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between different departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing between teams to optimize project outcomes and minimize conflicts.
  • Projects will include: managing product life-cycle end to end, creative deliverable trafficking, artwork and packaging milestones
  • Work closely with the cross functional teams to understand company-wide objectives and translate them into actionable plans and initiatives for the respective departments.
  • Align department-level goals with overarching company strategies, ensuring synergy and coherence in approach.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address concerns or issues proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support project success.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, developing mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
  • Proactively monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • PMP certification is required
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment within a Beauty or DTC company 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Strong ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion
  • Strong ability to drive alignment across business units with a sense of urgency 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Asana.

The base pay range for this role is $121,000 - $149,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
