Senior Project Manager

SOFTONE is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our talented team.

The Role

Project Manager oversees ERP Projects implementation to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance
• Master is a plus
• 8+ of experience in Business Software Sector
• 3+ years as a project manager
• Excellent knowledge of software products
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent customer-oriented skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Excellent project management skills
