Senior Project Manager, Project Management-Remote

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team. You will maintain cross capability relationships, team management and development of PM resources and operational best practices. You will lead the execution of mid and high-level complexity projects, and participate in new business pitches. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices. You will report to the Associate Director, Project Management.

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree
  • You will have at least 4 years of PM experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment
  • You will have expertise in managing integrated tactics
  • You will demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
  • You will manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects
  • You will demonstrate core Project Management skills in organization, facilitation and communication to keep team members up to date on status of projectsPrepare and own timelines, budgets and scopes for full range of products and complexity
  • You will uphold quality control standards, to ensure milestone approval from cross-agency departments and general circulation of approval from team members during routing cycle
  • You will manage staffing and resourcing for brands, including Annual SOW
  • You will work with the client, finance, account management and production departments to ensure the weekly tracking and management of budgets
  • You will ,anage tactical and new business work
  • You will lead teams in the execution of integrated tactics, solving for issues within the project parameters
  • You will have experience managing agile delivery
  • You will develop appropriate financial structure for our mid to high-level complexity project or campaigns (for both project and retainer models)
  • You will determine financial forecasts and resource plans that map to based on the agreed upon scope of work
  • You will prepare an engagement model that tracks online and offline activities
  • You will prepare financial rollups
  • You will attend monthly financial meetings and participate in the reviews of annual/project staffing plans, with focus on assessment of current and projected resources
  • You will partner with resource management and department leads to determine the appropriate resource structure for different types of projects
  • You will help prepare new business deliverables
  • You will train and manage junior team of 3-6 on PM workflow, tools, templates and agency processes
  • You will manage $5-10MM in business

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skillsand other factors permitted by law.
