About this role:
This is a CRM Client, Lloyds Banking Group. We’re working across different aspects of the Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland) businesses that encompasses a wide range of product different areas. We’re looking for someone with a passion for Customer Experience, who has of experience of working on loyalty/CRM/CX and Branding and Content and if possible, has previous knowledge of working on financial accounts which includes the delivery of complex creative and digital campaigns.

You’ll be an integral part of the team on the day to day of this account. As part of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an excellent strategy team as well as project management, and exceptional creatives and designers, to deliver excellence in customer journeys, and campaigns across email, direct mail, social and digital.
You are highly organised and accountable, and able to quickly build relationships and collaborate with the rest of the Ogilvy team to create extraordinary work from day 1.
You have a passion for delivering projects and who makes everything delivery – production run like clockwork.
