About this role: 

This is a new CRM Client, Lloyds Banking Group. We’re working across different aspects of the Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland) businesses that encompasses a wide range of product different areas. We’re looking for someone with a passion for Customer Experience, who has of experience of working on loyalty/CRM/CX and Branding and Content and if possible, has previous knowledge of working on financial accounts which includes the delivery of complex creative and digital campaigns.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing… 

  Responsibility & Accountability  

  • Takes responsibility for projects. And feels accountable for both the work and managing the process. 
  • Drives decision-making around projects, ensuring that key stakeholders are involved and consulted at the right moments, resulting in projects being more efficiently delivered.  
  • Can both take responsibility for decisions and hold their team members accountable, dealing with consequences as required. Take part in Ogilvy and Group delivery initiatives when asked. 
  • Builds effective client relationships and helps growing existing clients through excellence in project management process and delivery.

  Collaboration  

  • Facilitates and drives project collaboration, ensuring that key conversations happen in a timely manner.  Fosters cross-team collaboration and involvement of wider agency specialists as and when project requires.
  • You will need form strong relationships with the creative and design teams ensuring they have the appropriate time to complete projects.
  • You need to be a trusted partner that can help bring their ideas to life, within the allocated budget and timings.  
  • You need to be solution focused and find ways to make things happen. You are the one that is responsible for bringing the relevant experts and disciplines together to ensure the best results can be achieved.  

  Building brilliant account team & production relationships   

  • Quickly earn the trust of your account team by working with them on the successful delivery of projects assigned.  
  • Work closely with senior project management team and our production internal and external teams to make sure that the projects we are concepting can be delivered on-time and on-budget to a high standard. 
  • Make sure that our OOS tracker is updated with latest information.

  Delivery  

  • Define detailed timing plans aligned with project key milestones.  
  • Comfortably take responsibility for successful delivery of the projects assigned to you, with support when you need it. 
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate with senior project management team.
  • Ensure solutions are best in class for both client and agency. 

  Commercial Acumen  

  • Manage the scope and timings on your projects. Able to balance the commercial demands with the needs of the project.
  • Manages commercials to within targets on a project basis and is beginning to understand the wider implications to the business.
  • Has the confidence to provide solutions but also knows when to escalate issues which have commercial implications.
  • Is aware of the need to drive growth and can show how they may contribute to this.

  
Problem solving & decision making.  

  • Resolve problems and makes decision on your own projects, consulting with stakeholders as needed.  
  • Be restless in researching and understanding other approaches/solutions/perspectives to briefs. 
  • Create relevant options for addressing problems/opportunities and achieving desired outcomes on your projects. 

 

A bit about you: 

You’ll be an integral part of the team on the day to day of this account. As part of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an excellent strategy team as well as project management, and exceptional creatives and designers, to deliver excellence in customer journeys, and campaigns across email, direct mail, social and digital.   

You are highly organised and accountable, and able to quickly build relationships and collaborate with the rest of the Ogilvy team to create extraordinary work from day 1.    

You have a passion for delivering projects and who makes everything delivery – production run like clockwork.   

 Essential  

  • 3+ years agency experience working with clients in direct/owned channels. 
  • Ability to travel for meetings (clients are across the UK) 

Ideal   

  • Telco, financial services, or utilities experience 
  • Some social or digital experience
