Responsibilities
- Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Project Management Department / Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Prepare reports of Project Management Department / Section timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
- Supervise the activities of the team to ensure that all tasks are carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
- Provide formal and informal feedback of the team in order to ensure their continuous development
- Review the budget required for the projects to ensure proper planning and implementing for the project
- Monitor the process of billing to ensure its submitted to the Program manager
- Ensure the compliance with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT and business related
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
