Senior Project Manager - Qualitative Research
Responsibilities:
- Building customer relationships, developing sales with existing and new customers
- Managing the implementation of qualitative projects in Poland and foreign markets
- Preparation and implementation of qualitative research projects for clients from different industries and using different methodologies
- Preparation of research proposals responding to clients' needs
- Moderating FGI, IDI, other interviews - both face-to-face and on online platforms, conducting online forums
- Compiling results, preparing reports and making presentations to clients
- Collaborating with other departments in the preparation of research tools and comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports
Our requirements:
- You have experience in qualitative research (at least 10 years), in different sectors and methodologies and at every stage of the project: from proposal, through implementation, to report and presentation
- You are well organized and “multitasking”, able to manage several projects at once and delegate tasks
- You have experience in the implementation of multi-country projects
- You are able to synthesize acquired knowledge and formulate useful conclusions and recommendations
- You are fluent in English, including in presentations to clients
- Experience in conducting workshops is welcome
- It will be an additional advantage if you also find yourself in quantitative research
