Responsabilities
- Successfully lead cross-functional and complex projects to deliver key organizational priorities and initiatives, resulting in on-time, on-budget and on-scope execution.
- Build detailed project plans including key milestones, deliverables and timelines, and consistently communicate clear expectations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project statuses to monitor progress, lead regular team meetings and project reviews, troubleshoot issues, and escalate significant risks and changes as needed.
- Take initiative to ensure the project runs effectively and with proper governance.
- Establish and maintain meaningful, mutually respectful, and collaborative partnerships with team members, subject matter experts and key stakeholders, and foster a safe environment for active organizational collaboration.
- Facilitate cross-functional process mapping and workflow modeling sessions to identify improvement opportunities and key insights that drive innovation, efficiency and automation.
- Manage the development of training materials and communications to support the successful implementation and adoption of new business processes, workflows and systems related to strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience working in digital transformation and project management with large and cross-functional teams.
- Must have advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and current project management software such as Jira, Asana, etc.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and other data analytics and visualization tools.
- Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, etc.) or other relevant qualification.
- Experience working with international or global products or projects and localization principles.
