We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help drive marketing programs at Firewood. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define processes and to deliver high-quality results through well-managed, on time and on budget projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on email campaign and production operations
  • Develop and implement email best practices and learnings to continually improve results
  • Implement testing strategies, such as A/B testing, to optimize campaigns and programs
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
  • Build and maintain key relationships with client partners
  • Work closely with email development partners and escalate issues impacting email production cycle dependencies and deadlines
  • Oversee cross-channel email delivery while continuing to improve internal processes & operations
  • Facilitate quarterly planning across various product teams
  • Stay up to date with email client and industry best practices
  • Understand data and targeting requirements specific to client tools, brand and individual programs 

About You

  • 5+ years experience working on either the client side or agency side 
  • Strong understanding of email & data driven marketing strategy, practices and principles
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale email marketing strategies and programs
  • Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful decisions--whether it’s related to people management, client relationship, or internal process--with foresight and follow through
  • Experience working with B2C and/or tech sector companies
  • Clear communicator to team and clients; a natural diplomat with the ability to gather information and stand firm in decisions while maintaining positive relationships
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly understand platform tools and data concepts

Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

 

Salary Range
$95,000$110,000 USD
