Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies? We are looking for a dedicated individual who excels in delivering software projects and providing supportive PMO services to our globally distributed product and engineering organization.The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of organizationally complex projects within budget and to the required quality standards in our dynamic, multi-team dependent agile environment.

What You Will Do
Agile Process Execution: Facilitate the engineering teams with agile services and ensure the teams are aware of and adhere to best practices and process guidelines. Live a supportive PMO culture!
Quarterly Planning Execution: Drive the execution of quarterly planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Complex Project Coordination: Take charge of overseeing the successful execution of complex projects within the PMO. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, especially product and engineering teams, to foster seamless communication and collaboration throughout projects.
Continuous Improvement: Own the development, specification, and continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with engineering and product teams. Identify areas for optimization and drive initiatives for enhanced project delivery efficiency.
Reporting & KPI: Prepare holistic progress reports, owning the specification and automation of metrics and reports.
