Are you excited by the chance to contribute to the success of multiple departments? This role allows you to! Using project management skills, you will guide Purchasing, Payroll and Finance IT teams to successfully implement new projects within their departments.
Where? You will be a leader at Eurofins Finance Spain.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Define and manage all relevant IT projects in the area of Finance and Purchasing, ensuring processes are optimised and in harmony with the Group standard.
Actively contribute to the validation of standard processes designed Group-wide in Finance & Purchasing. Drive the implementation of processes, KPIs and controls across different businesses and functions.
Support the integration of new entities, improving the process from the IT perspective and reducing the integration time. Lunch new IT-related projects focused on optimisation and automation.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies in close collaboration with the Group Purchasing and local team.
Support business leaders’ decisions with reports and price & volume mix analysis.
Ensure Group-wide accurate reporting of obtained savings. Launch new cost-reduction projects (focus on indirect costs) to support synergies across the business lines.
Support the implementation of a new payroll system, together with the Payroll Manager and the Payroll and HR administration teams.
Set up payroll processes from scratch, defining tasks, responsibilities and organisation between the service centre and business lines.

Background: Minimum of eight years’ work experience in finance, leading multiple teams, including finance, IT, purchasing and payroll.
Education: Ideally a Master’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
