About Our Customer
The American memorabilia manufacturer is primarily known for producing yearbooks and class rings for high schools and colleges. The company also produced photobook products for Disney’s PhotoPass photography service at theme parks and resorts. In addition to its headquarters near Minneapolis and operational offices in Owatonna, Minnesota, the customer has facilities throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Background in playing the Scrum Master/Project Manager role for at least 4-5 years for a software development team
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, etc.
- Competency in Agile Ceremonies, including sprint goals, sprint grooming, and team capacity calculations
- Skills in Atlassian Suite including JIRA and Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in retail and or e-commerce platforms
- Expertise in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Proficiency in delivering projects that have cross-functional impacts and in collaborating cross-functionally and with business stakeholders
- Practice in working with multi-location and offshore teams
- Capable of leading teams of 10-15 people as a scrum master
- Availability for shifted work till 7 pm to CET daily
