The Senior Project Manager will report to the Senior Director of Data Strategy and Operations and support data projects daily. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners across Experian.
You'll have opportunity to:
Lead projects from incubation, requirements definition, and development, launch and UAT through identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Lead the effort to develop, collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the various COE team.
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same projects to ensure team actions remain in cooperation
Act as a lead on important projects from original concept through final implementation with minimum guidance and make sure to projects are completed within budget, on time and with high user satisfaction rate.
Foster team cohesion by organizing and coordinating team-building and professional development sessions to enhance team engagement and collaboration.
Build and manage a team portfolio dashboard
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with data strategy and day-to-day operational management; information security
Proficiency in creating project management dashboards and technical workflows
Deep dive into topics and perform comprehensive research
Ability to accommodate flexible work hours due to our global team presence
Experience using Atlassian application suite (Confluence, JIRA)
