To meet our goals, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team to help manage software releases. You will work with key stakeholders to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of features for our SaaS product. 

What you will do:

  • Manage software development projects from initiation to closure to support SaaS product production-readiness 
  • Provide project management leadership, defining requirements, milestones, and schedules 
  • Manage the execution of project deliverables according to the schedule 
  • Continuously monitor the performance of projects and manage change as needed 
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders 
  • Identify and mitigate projects risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution 
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation 
  • Establish frameworks for ensuring that processes are developed, maintained, and followed across the company 
  • Develop and communicate standards for record-keeping 
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices 

  • Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • At least two years of software project management experience, including estimating projects, writing proposals, building project plans, managing to these plans, managing risks and issues, and proven experience ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including reports, processes, and presentations 
  • Experience working in many industries, learning new domains fast, and adding value fast 
  • Ability to work with diverse group of cross-functional internal stakeholders and influence them to deliver 
  • Excellent organizational skills 

  • Bonus points for: 
  • Previous experience managing feature development and delivery for SaaS products 
  • Professional certification or formal training in one or more of: Project Management, Agile and Scrum, Compliance, Risk Management
