From implementation and onboarding, our Client Success team takes the lead in engaging with our Clients to ensure a positive experience using Cherre. The Client Success team is also responsible for product adoption, Client satisfaction, the Client relationship, renewals, and growth across our existing Client base. 

Cherre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that projects meet high-quality standards. Your role will involve managing resources, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience, a deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and a passion for client success and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Projects: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Define Goals: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with Cherre’s business objectives and client needs.
  • Develop Plans of Action: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, and monitor progress against these plans.
  • Communication Champion: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives and updates.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and drive issue resolution to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting project requirements.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear and actionable updates on project status, risks, and any changes to scope.
  • Documentation: Create and/or oversee project documentation, ensuring that all project information, deliverables, and communications are properly documented and stored.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and project coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes across the team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate, document and maintain processes for client onboarding for standard and bespoke engagements.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing environment. Experience in the tech, real estate, or data analytics industries is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com, Asana).
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance across cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
  • High proficiency in project management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with both internal teams and external clients, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage change and ambiguity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or other project management certification preferred.
