The Sr. Project Manager will be the day-to-day representative and leader of our Client engagement. This manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
You will:
Be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of project objectives across the Client engagement.
Be the primary point of contact for Blend360 leadership and Clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Interpret guidelines from Client and internal stakeholders and make decisions in nonstandard situations.
Manage project resources, risks, and stakeholder communications, providing guidance and leadership to the project teams.
Have a full grasp of Project Management domain knowledge, tools, and best practices.
Work with the team to scope out tasks and build reasonable delivery dates.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Must Haves:
6+ years experience in Project Management or Product Delivery.
