Your New Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll support our New Construction Department Manager in key areas, including builder relationships, scheduling, estimating, and administrative tasks. Your role is essential in maintaining seamless operations and ensuring our projects succeed.

  • Builder Relationships:

    • Build and maintain strong connections with builders.

    • Seek opportunities to acquire new builder accounts.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all builder communications.

  • Estimating & Design:

    • Perform HVAC load calculations using Wrightsoft software.

    • Review blueprints and CAD drawings to create accurate HVAC designs.

    • Estimate materials and labor for HVAC installations in residential new construction.

    • Collaborate with estimators, managers, and sales teams to finalize project details.

  • Scheduling & Coordination:

    • Develop and maintain field staff schedules in Service Titan.

    • Ensure seamless communication with field staff to plan projects efficiently.

    • Coordinate with subcontractors and manage job site requirements.

    • Maintain house counts and track department activity in Excel.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Order equipment and materials according to job specifications.

    • Conduct job costing to monitor profitability and efficiency.

    • Provide training and mentorship to team members.

    • Serve as a backup for other estimators or the Lead Estimator.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

    • Participate in ongoing training and adhere to company policies.
