This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Avaloq Core platform team in a role where you will get the opportunity to oversee internal projects of change that will support our market-leading global clients giving you both internal and external exposure
- Plan, monitor and delivery priority projects within CTO organization – taking care of R&D portfolio projects (regulatory and/ or innovation projects), communicating with internal stakeholders (kernel development teams), regional stakeholders, clients, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Coordinate the resource allocation accross multiple projects to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks
- Manage scope and quality in alignment with senior stakeholders managing risks and issues along the entire lifecycle removing blockers for the team
- Effectively communicate and provide weekly status updates to Avaloq top management and lead a cross-division based project team
- Bridge the gap between product vision and delivery oriented approach – ensuring deadlines are met according to the project timeline
- Keep budget fully under control, ensure Estimate To Complete (ETC) are constantly reviewed according to the project progress
- 8+ years of Project Management experience in technical cross-functional projects at a senior level within IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and/or BPaaS concepts
- Proven track record of delivering results in a complex international, diverse and agile driven environment
- Aptitude to discuss technical details with developers and drive consensus among all stakeholders
- Experience in leading RFI&RFP processes, vendor negotiation, contracting, hiring and managing third parties
- Experience managing end-to end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)
