Role Overview
The Global Operations Technology organization is responsible for the systems that enable Coupang to reliably deliver to customers within hours of order placement. Global Operations Technology is on a mission to innovate logistics by building an efficient delivery network at breakthrough scale and speeds. We are looking for an experienced and passionate project assistant that can partner with directors and team to drive execution both in the organization and companywide. The desired candidate will work with VP team and directors to build and execute programs that enable teams to deliver systems and features that wow our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist minimum 1 to maximum 3 Global Ops Tech leaders including calendar management over international time zone, travel arrangement, expense management, other administrative tasks
- Plan and manage small to medium scale of administrative project in the variety of field
- Support Ad-hoc tasks of operation in timely manner such as processing organizational changes in the system
- Plan and organize internal events, and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
Basic Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills who is proficient in written and verbal English
- Proactive, one step ahead work ethic, positive approach to problem-solving, flexibility
- Organization and ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
- High level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Project assist or process handling experience
- Good level of computer literacy with proficiency in office applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English

Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

- The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
