About the Role
In this role, you will lead complex client implementations, driving cross-functional teams to deliver credit card implementations for medium to large-sized banks in the US. This role will provide you with the opportunity to interact with the client and enable you to play a pivotal role in program planning, execution, and governance to ensure that the program is successful and thereby contributing immensely to the Revenue and growth of the organisation as a whole. You will work alongside a small team of Solution Engineers, Program Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Quality Assurance and other functions.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and strategy: Work with the Client counterparts to understand the overall scope of the program, timelines, bottlenecks, etc., and develop a high-level strategy and plan to implement the Tachyon platform and convert the existing volumes from the Bank onto the Tachyon Core.
  • Program execution and governance: Contribute heavily to the overall program execution. Ensure all the rituals are followed religiously, risks are identified well in advance and called out, mitigation plans are worked on, and async updates are shared with relevant stakeholders without fail. Participate in the daily and weekly cadences and governance calls with the senior client counterparts.
  • Liaising with Product teams: Liaising with various product and release engineering teams of Zeta to assess the scope of changes a solution may require and arrive at a feasible, optimal release date for all business requirements.
  • Platform understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform and associated functional and technical concepts, including various types of product and policy configurations, platform capabilities around integration and extension mechanisms, and data transmission and data migration. Be hands-on and try out the various platform capabilities including APIs etc. to build a first-hand understanding and know-how of the platform.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with both external stakeholders (client, vendors, etc.) and internal stakeholders ( solution engineers, data engineers, product teams, etc.) to enable smooth progress of the program implementation. Also, work with the respective team to handle any issues/ escalations reported by the client or the vendors. Training: Go through the courses that are part of the training curriculum and build your understanding of the Tachyon Platform and its various modules.
  • Pre-Sales assistance: Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams during the Sales process with the relevant domain knowledge and Implementation know-how.

Skills

  • Must have been involved in managing and delivering large cross-functional programs from inception to launch
  • Prior experience in credit card implementations, especially in a client-facing role with medium to large clients is a huge plusStrong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts on SaaS offerings via cloud (AWS), APIs, etc.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills – able to influence and manage the expectations of senior executives internally and externally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership and mentoring abilitySelf-motivated with a drive to learn and adapt to new and ever-changing project demands

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Technology and Delivery
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering (computer science, information systems)
