Required Skills

  • Must Have
    • 15+ years of overall experience and primarily into program management leading complex, large-scale technology initiatives from inception through delivery.
    • Entrepreneurial & founders mindset  to own end-to-end deliveries and guide customers through various phases
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership, external vendors, and customers. 
    • Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving : Sharp analytical mindset to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization

Nice to have

    • Technical acumen in partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, data science) and familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices for delivering high-impact AI solutions.
    • Familiarity with AI/GenAI knowledge 
      • including knowledge of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and related techniques. 
      • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business impacts and vice versa.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI programs, defining strategy, scope, and success metrics while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Own and drive the successful execution of the Agentic AI POCs / Pilots / Productizations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
    • Define and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams (e.g., data scientists, software engineers) to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage program risks, budgets, and resources, proactively mitigating potential issues and optimizing for cost, quality, and timeline.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, clients, and cross-functional partners. 
  • Identify opportunities to extend the engagement beyond the POC and drive additional AI implementations.
  • Continuously explore emerging AI/GenAI trends to identify opportunities for innovation, drive proof-of-concept initiatives, and showcase technical capabilities to clients.
  • Establish governance frameworks (status reporting, steering committees, executive updates) and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
