Senior Program Manager

SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager.  The selected candidate will be responsible for leadership of all life cycle management, sustaining engineering, depot services, fielded system and functional area support for Army CUAS products and programs. This position is critical to ensure smooth execution of sustainment programs due to the cross-organizational nature of fielded product sustainment. It is also important in supporting the business to capture and execute future CUAS sustainment opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
 
What You'll Do 
 
Responsible for the strategic direction and successful day-to-day execution of all sustainment activities in support of SRCTec and SRC Army CUAS products and programs to include Foreign Military and Direct Sales. Core sustainment activities within the Senior Program Manager’s area of responsibility include:
 
  • Sustaining Engineering to include Cybersecurity
  • Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
  • Technical Manuals & Training Materials
  • Training Delivery
  • Customer Service
  • CONUS and OCONUS Product Support Engineering and Field Services
  • Data Analytics (including FRACAS and FRB)
  • Subcontract Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Customer Management
  • Proposal and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Management
  • Program Management
 Responsible to meet all proposal needs, contract requirements, revenue targets, and sustainment business goals.
 
What You'll Bring 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or discipline related to technical expectations 
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, resource planning, group presentation, leadership and project task management that establish the ability to manage large, cross-functional project activities
  • Minimum 6 years direct program management experience of programs up to $45M
  • OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 
  • Knowledge of

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $135,000 to $157,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
