About the Role

Our People team is at the heart of everything we do.  We are looking for an experienced, passionate People Operations Program Manager to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our global People Team, and join us in our mission to deliver the best employee experience at Coalition.  This role will collaborate across functions and geographies on projects to drive engagement, performance, and equity across the organization and to support our rapid growth.  The ideal candidate is someone who cares deeply about driving operational excellence, enjoys problem solving and is excited to tackle new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a variety of key strategic projects for the People team such as Annual Performance Cycle, Employee Experience projects, Employee Engagement Survey, and more
  • Scope projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and a strategic plan to accomplish it
  • Document root causes of issues, identify gaps, analyze trends, research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies
  • Develop and coordinate preparation of tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation, user guides, governance/stakeholder materials, communications and process maps

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working within a people programs focused program management role (annual performance cycles, employee engagement, employee experience, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines, achieve milestones, and deliver high quality results
  • Ability to work independently, be self-guided and tolerate ambiguity
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to find the simplest, best path to solutions
  • Experience analyzing business processes, business process modeling, as well as utilizing process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight
  • Ability to foster strong relationships, drive change, and facilitate problem solving discussions

Bonus Points

  • Experience using Google suite is a plus
