Position Summary: 
 
Senior Operations Program Management, reporting into VP of Infrastructure Engineering and Global Supply Chain would be primarily responsible in conceptualizing, developing, planning, and executing strategic initiatives within the Infrastructure Engineering and Supply Chain organizations in partnership with key cross functional partners and stakeholders, aligned to the company’s top-level goals and objectives. This includes product development, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and service strategies.  
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Develop, execute, and track transformational Supply Chain and Infrastructure programs and initiatives focused on enabling efficiency and scaling across the organization in support of company growth objectives.
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams on high-complexity programs, defining clear goals and objectives along with detailed execution plans (including resources, budgets, schedules, etc.) and drive program progress against set milestones and success criteria.
  • Track and communicate program status across various levels (from working teams to executives) via varying methods and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough, multi-level risk assessment throughout a program’s lifecycle. Develop and implement viable mitigation plans, ensuring program success against set goals / objectives. 
    XFN and stakeholder management. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and stakeholders (internal and external). Align teams to common goals / objectives, address competing priorities, and drive conflict resolution efforts, when needed.
  • Identify opportunities and develop & implement improvements, best practices, and efficiency gains in supply chain / operations frameworks.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to seek insights on program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement relevant solutions.
  • Vendor / supplier engagement and relationship management in relevant areas of ownership (e.g. product development, production strategies, key / strategic company-supplier initiatives, among others) 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or similar / related field. 
  • 10+ years of proven experience in successfully managing complex initiatives and programs with broad cross-functional partnerships and stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, including transformation of high-level objectives into well-defined requirements, execution plans, and driving progress against set success criteria. 
  • Experience in product development, scaling, production, and deployment. 
  • Proficiency in program / project management tools, concepts, and best practices. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups across an organization 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change across the organization and gain support from stakeholders / XFNs  
 
Preferred skills and experience 
  • Technical familiarity / understanding of EV infrastructure, including design, sourcing, construction, and maintenance. 
  • Deep understanding of multiple manufacturing and sourcing models / methodologies (OEM, ODM, JDM, CM, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of EV industry trends and best practices 
  • Relevant program / project management certifications (e.g. PMP) 
The estimated salary range for this position is $155,000 USD to $165,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
