About the Team
Meesho Mall is one of the newest offerings of Meesho for selling branded products. As a Senior Program Manager in Business org, you’ll be part of the team driving many central strategic projects to build Meesho Mall.
We’re a team of 35+ professionals and collaborate with the Product, Finance, Monetization, Growth, and Analytics teams to help brands across India reach Bharat.

About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will work directly with team leaders to solve business-critical problems. You’ll identify key problems, set priorities, come up with solutions, and drive implementation in different types of projects.
You’ll shape up the right solutions in coordination with the product team (in case your solution requires tech interventions). You’ll also work with the team leaders to create and improve the operating systems of the team (strategic planning, competitive intelligence, building review systems, culture, and so on).
What you will do
- Long-term Strategy/roadmap: Develop and drive projects that contribute to the next 3-5 year strategic roadmap for Monetization and specifically ads. These projects help bring an outside-in perspective into the strategic planning of the vertical.
- Functional strategy and implementation Projects: Identify and create projects to generate 10X impact for Meesho Mall across pricing, discovery, and brand experience charters. Own and deliver strategic projects which are structural and long-term in nature for the company. This will involve:- Identify projects in conjunction with the leaders of the organization- Structuring the problem in different parts and creating a strong hypothesis to unlock opportunity areas- Mobilize execution resources and see the projects till impact.
- Central Control Tower: Develop the governance backbone of Mall playing a pivotal role in driving internal strategy and review discussions and keeping KR owners accountable for the targets.
- Team building/coaching: Build an outstanding team of managers and analysts in the Meesho Mall. Build leverage by grooming and coaching them to be future leaders at Meesho.
- Decide the roadmap for Meesho's Mall business plans over the next 5 years.
What you will need
- 6-10 years of experience, with 2+ years experience in startups/tech companies in similar roles (business/ category, growth)
- Strong track record in building and growing 0 to 1 business
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Superior problem-solving and project management skills
- Experience in team building, managing, and coaching will be a plus.
