As Senior Employee Experience Manager at Bezos Academy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our aspiration to be an employer of choice. In this role, you’ll oversee and shape the entire employee experience, including how AI-driven tools and systems employees interact with employees daily. You will be responsible for mapping out and owning all aspects of the employee experience, designing innovative programs that shape, measure, and impact our culture, including major employee milestones and touchpoints. You will lead initiatives that support our unique work culture and unite a diverse, nationally distributed team. This includes administering and improving the onboarding experience and employee lifecycle journey to help employees feel connected and supported from their first day to their last. With a focus on creating a frictionless employee experience, you will leverage data and employee feedback to drive impactful changes that align with our values and support a culture of recognition and belonging.
Your work will also involve collaborating with cross-functional partners to create an engaging, inclusive experience for all employees, with an emphasis on communication, career milestones, and recognition. Above all, you share our commitment to expanding access to tuition-free, quality Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities and are excited to help us grow our footprint and impact across multiple states and cities.
