This position is key in driving and coordinating cross-functional NPI programs and PCO initiatives aiming at offering a competitive product porfolio to meet current and future market needs, working independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. The program manager is responsible for overall cross functional NPI (New Product Introduction) execution and serialization and coordinates across all involved functions (Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Services and Sales).

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead NPI cross-functional execution and serialization across Engineering, GSCM, Services, and Sourcing
- Develop and execute integrated programs based on the MGPP, managing time, budget, and requirements
- Conduct NPI tollgate reviews, manage risk categorization, and oversee scope management and escalation
- Support Container Product Manager with MGPP updates, budget planning, and monthly dashboard reviews
- Drive Product Cost-Out initiatives, identify alternative suppliers, and manage RFQ processes and pilot builds
Your Profile:
- Engineering (mechanical or electrical) and/or commercial degree (Bachelor, Master) desired
- Several years experience in management/expert roles in Combustion Engines, Power Generation, or Oil & Gas, with experience in containerized packages
- Extensive experience in large-scale program/project management
- Proven success in managing diverse, cross-functional teams

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.673,74 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
