What you’ll do

Doctolib wants you to be the architect of this revolution. We are looking for a program manager to lead the cause of shaping the transformation of healthcare with new technologies. The main objectives of the program across all teams are the following:
- Enrich a strategic vision of how Doctolib can leverage AI to accelerate its growth (internally and user facing products)
- Stay ahead of AI trends and meet external players to potentially partner with them or to launch M&A actions
- Deliver AI products and features by working closely with Tech & Product teams to delivery solutions for both external and internal users
- Bring AI products to live with go-to-market strategy, product marketing and communication teams
- Champion responsible AI with a special look out for privacy, regulatory, tech & data capabilities
- Ensure we have the best team and the right skills in place to deliver our ambition by working with hiring and upskilling teams
- Ignite AI passion within Doctolib fostering a culture that’s buzzing with excitement and commitment to our AI journey
As lead of the AI program, you will be the maestro, orchestrating projects and partnering closely with our Product, Tech, and Data leadership. You will be in charge of tracking and monitoring all those streams to ensure we successfully develop and launch cutting-edge AI solutions. You will also lead some streams directly, such as building strategic partnerships. And when the going gets tough? You will be the go-to, rolling up your sleeves to support operational work.

Who you are
- Experience on AI projects / in the impact of AI in healthcare solutions
- Outstanding project management skills across diverse and large teams (e.g., ability to manage several streams, stakeholders management, reporting, anticipation)
- Very good strategic perspectives (e.g., ability to ask the good questions, good understanding of Doctolib, its markets and its processes, etc.)
- Demonstrated communication skills (both written and oral), and ability to deliver impactful syntheses and reporting
- Proactive, action-oriented, and focused on results
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written). German and Italian are a plus
