Job Description
As the Senior Product Strategy Manager at Youfoodz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between physical and digital product domains, to envision, launch, and optimise products that drive our growth and shape the future of Youfoodz.

You will…
- Support the development of Youfoodz product strategy and optimise the physical and digital product portfolio, by contributing insights from customers, market trends, and competitors
- Partner with the Global and Local Digital Product teams to ensure digital opportunities for YouFoodz are identified, prioritised, launched and optimised for the YouFoodz customer + business context
- Assist in managing product performance metrics such as Average Order Value (AOV) and Average Order Rate (AOR) across core products, preferences, and addons. Work closely with product analytics to identify data gaps, analysis opportunities and facilitate the building of key weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Work with adjacent Product teams (Culinary, Menu Planning) to translate the product strategy into a detailed quarterly product roadmap
- Collaborate closely with Youfoodz marketing experts to align product strategies with marketing initiatives, including pricing strategies
- Facilitate complex cross functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, Tech to deliver the product plan, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities while delivering superior customer experience
- Assist in building business cases including financials and tech/ ops requirements to support opportunity identification and prioritisation
You have/are…
- 4-6 years' of experience in product strategy or management, management consulting, or related roles within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and actionable roadmaps aligned with organisational goals
- Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders to build consensus and drive team motivation
- Understanding of web-based consumer behaviour, UX principles, and their impact on product strategy, with strong business acumen
- Strong analytical and intermediate SQL skills, deriving insights from data to inform informed decisions
- Experience using HelloFresh or Youfoodz products is advantageous!

Start date: Immediately Available - Can wait a notice period
Location: Open to either Sydney (Chippendale) or Brisbane (Karawatha)
