We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our journey of developing a cloud platform (based on Microsoft Azure) which provides our customers and partners a great experience.
You will be the person that transform visions, strategies, and roadmaps into functional designs which result in actual shippable product capabilities.
In this role you will be having the following responsibilities.
- Owning and driving the complete, end-to-end requirements management.
- Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders to elaborate requirements for the development team to develop fit for purpose software based on functional requirements and strategic direction.
- Working on the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) with the team and ensure the software developed meets the acceptance criteria for our users.
- Create documentation, presentation, and training material.
- Maintain and develop customer facing Power BI reports.
- Have sufficient level of technical understanding to be able to collaborate with technical team comprising of DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Software Architect.
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems.
- 6+ years of work experience with a track record in working with Enterprise Grade Software projects.
- Should be well conversant in Agile Methodologies and Jira.
- Understanding of the lifecycle of cloud deployed web application hosted in Azure platform.
- Working knowledge in FigJam, Figma, Power BI, ClickLearn and HTML.
- Experience in driving the requirements end to end for complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
