We're looking for an experienced website/digital product owner who is passionate about managing our marketing website like a product. You’ll get to shape all aspects of our website, and you'll collaborate closely with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and product marketers.

How you will spend your time:

  • End-to-End ownership: Envision, strategise, and deliver outcomes that drive conversions, setting the tone for a seamless website experience
  • Evolve our website: Lead the transformation of SafetyCulture’s website from a single-product focus to a multi-product platform, staying at the forefront of industry trends
  • Collaborative leadership & backlog management: Work cross-functionally across internal teams, balancing long-term roadmaps with ad-hoc requests
  • Performance marketing partnership: Work hand-in-hand with our performance marketing manager to create customised landing pages optimised for conversion
  • SEO partnership: Collaborate with our SEO team to implement technical SEO strategies and advise on UX improvements to improve consumption and conversion
  • Cross-functional alignment: Partner with the product onboarding team to enhance conversion paths and drive new sign-ups, ensuring website alignment with overall business goals
  • Testing and personalisation: Implement a framework for continuous testing and personalisation to enhance user experience and drive conversions
  • Product launch and campaign support: Drive web-related projects, creating campaign-specific landing pages, and more
  • Customer-centric approach: Participate in research and testing, engaging customers to understand their pain points and identify improvement opportunities
  • Data-driven decision making: Utilise Amplitude and Hotjar to understand how our customers interact with our website, guiding decisions for future improvements and optimisations
  • Stakeholder management: Align all stakeholders to your vision and keep them informed about the progress of their requests

About you:

  • Experience: 4+ years in marketing or product roles, preferably as a website or product owner. Managing websites or products for a multi-product company is a significant plus
  • Leadership: Experience managing a high-performing team and/or direct reports
  • Experimentation mindset: Well-versed in running experiments and A/B tests to optimize landing page conversions and customize the customer journey
  • Project management: Experience in working with Agile methodologies, scrum certification is an added advantage
  • CMS experience: Familiarity with Wordpress, contentful or other headless CMS tools in the market is an added advantage
  • Coding knowledge: Hands-on experience coding Javascript/CSS/HTML and/or SQL queries is an added advantage.
