As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the Growth Team, you will take the reins in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement/retention (including both B2C, and B2B). This is a unique opportunity to lead the entire marketing strategy independently, making a direct impact on our growth trajectory.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across various channels.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling messaging and positioning for products that resonates with target audiences, differentiating Navan in the marketplace.

Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and iterate on strategies to maximize growth opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, customer feedback, and market demands.

Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and refine marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a growth-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
