Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as the Product Marketing Manager for Airtable Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will help develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth and adoption of our net-new packaged solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can effectively communicate the value and vision of our product operations offer to a diverse set of industries. What You Will Be Doing

  • Differentiate Airtable competitively, with positioning that is clear, compelling and showcases our unique approach. Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messaging as well as presentations, customer success stories, blogs, and videos. 
  • Partner closely with our product team to crisply define the highest impact ICP, use cases, and differentiators that help our customers deliver incredible outcomes with their product operations work. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams at Airtable to distill key use cases and benefits into compelling marketing and sales assets.
  • Engage with field and demand generation teams to identify and integrate joint messaging and content into lead generation, customer engagement, and product adoption focused marketing programs.
  • Work with sales to ready our general and specialized sales teams on our joint value propositions and messaging.
  • Plan and support launch of new products and solutions including the content plan, awareness strategy, messaging and enablement of the Airtable sales and post-sales teams.

Who you are

  • BS degree or equivalent experience. MS or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of product marketing, product management, or similar experience at a technology company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of articulating value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and drive a decision-making process.
  • Experience with AI technologies and market trends driving the growth of generative AI and enterprise adoption
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • A strong mix of technical and business skills—demonstrably comfortable in engaging across customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and product management.

  • Solid understanding of one or more aspects of generative AI, including enterprise use cases, vendor ecosystem, MLOps, AIOps, and market trends.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$196,000$277,600 USD
