Mirakl is looking for a creative, talented, and dynamic marketing leader with a passion for retail media, product marketing, market research and launching market-defining technologies to be the product marketing expert for Mirakl Ads.

This is a strategic, high-impact role that will own product marketing for Mirakl Ads. As an individual contributor reporting into the VP of Marketing, this is a highly visible and cross-functional role with a broad scope which will include product messaging, market analysis, competitive intelligence, thought leadership and partnership strategy. You will work closely with the Mirakl Ads team to support the go-to-market strategy and other key initiatives. You will also collaborate with product management peers to define creative ways to illustrate core value propositions which will have material impact on the growth of Mirakl’s business. 

What are your missions on this role:

  • Product Positioning: Working closely with the product management team, develop clear and compelling messaging that differentiates Mirakl's retail media solutions in the market.
  • Market Analysis: Understand and analyze the retail media landscape, including competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute launch strategies for new features and offerings.
  • Partnerships Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for collaborating with partners (e.g., agencies) to enhance brand and market reach 
  • Content Creation: Craft high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, product sheets, white papers, and blog posts to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales and customer success enablement materials and content and presentations to support the sale and adoption of products and solutions to market.

Marketing initiatives: Work collaboratively with growth and customer marketing functions to develop events and digital programs for demand generation. Orchestrate the overall Retail Media marketing projects and provide a consolidated overview of the marketing initiatives

What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor degree, Master degree preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (French is a plus)
  • 5+ years experience in retail media marketing 
  • Experience of and understanding of eCommerce software
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products and enterprise sales go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences in simple, compelling English
  • Strong internal communicator and collaborator
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multiple teams like Sales, marketing and product
