As we invest significantly in advancing our solutions for the Small Business community around the globe, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager expert to join a high performing team responsible for driving the commercial success for a $100M+ portfolio serving small business owners in the U.S.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will support SMB into new and existing vertical markets through the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, competitive analysis, marketing collateral, sales tools, and ideas and/or content to support demand generation campaigns.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with product management, segment strategy and planning, sales, corporate marketing, and corporate communications functions to successfully promote credit risk solutions for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Small Business domain, D&B SMB portfolio across multiple solutions, buyer needs, and drivers for buyer consideration.
  • Serve as lead on SMB Go-to-market initiatives across Corporate Marketing, Digital and Corporate Communications to ensure a consistent and integrated plan across all facets of market facing programs, pulling the “thread” through market dynamics, positioning, messaging, personas, and solutions.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and ensure insights are embedded in GTM programs and initiatives, such as thought leadership, training, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Demand Generation, Content and Business Intelligence leads to support development of go-to-market programs that help the company achieve its growth goals.
  • Manage cross-functional execution and oversight of go-to-market programs for product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop relevant and tailored content for customer presentations, sales training, product sheets, case studies, demonstrations, and blogs.
  • Work with Sales Enablement team to enable and educate the buyer and customer-facing roles (Sales, Customer Success, SDR, etc.) on the buyer, how they evaluate solutions and how to communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Lead development of internal and external product presentations and content, both for Sales and for the SMB business segment, including event messaging and speaker assistance with talk tracks.
  • Assist with internal meetings, reports and communications for the SMB business which include newsletters, team meetings, motivational GTM tactics, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and/or Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
  • Expertise in product marketing focused on SMB and Mid-Market customers across B2B and SaaS domain
  • Fluency in measurement and core KPIs within marketing, sales and product performance
  • Experience with Segmentation, Business Intelligence, User Journey Mapping and Marketing Automation tools a plus
  • Demonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement/enablement content and programs to ensure effectiveness of product positioning against customer business issues
  • Sharp business instincts and motivated to thrive in a fast paced and continually growing environment
  • Proven track record in executing successful go-to-market programs, including product launch and positioning activities that drive significant revenue growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into easy-to-understand positioning and value propositions
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
