About The Team

We’re looking for self-motivated team members who crave a challenge, are obsessed with moving/monitoring metrics that go up and to the right, and want to work on one of the most loved developer products in the world. This Senior PMM feels motivated by being a “do-er”. You thrive in a scrappy environment, have “been there, done that”, and are confident in your ability to partner effectively with field teams to build enterprise programs from scratch.

As a product and solutions marketer specializing in driving feature adoption and expansion via thoughtful post-sales motions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Postman is an indispensable asset to the enterprise. You will obsess over activating and expanding enterprise usage of the Postman product and driving awareness of new use cases. 

What You'll Do

  • Create impactful onboarding programs and content for new customers, show them how to maximize their investment with tailored product education and measuring activation to ensure customers’ long-term success
  • Partner with the post-sales organization to drive awareness and adoption of new Postman product innovations
  • Build impactful messaging that communicates the value proposition of Postman, targeted at key buyer personas
  • Own the Bill of Materials (BOM) around post-sales success on the Postman platform to ensure customers and field teams are maximizing the value realized by enterprise clients
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback (voice of customer) to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Drive GTM strategy for the post-sales organization in collaboration with product and enterprise product marketing counterparts
  • Partner with customer success to develop executive-level narratives and programs to drive awareness and influence among key buyers

You would be a great fit if you:

  • Experience launching a product from no code written to GA, to first $100 million
  • Experience in a land and expand GTM model
  • 6-8 years product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS

What Else?

This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $200,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
