And it’s an exciting time to join the Product Marketing team, too. You’ll be the second member of our team, so there’ll be plenty of scope to make the role your own.

You’ll be a key part of the marketing team, primarily based in London, but collaborating closely across our product and marketing teams across Europe. You’ll work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to shape products and bring them to market. • Collaborate with product teams to build a comprehensive understanding of our products, acting as a bridge between product and marketing by communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Create and oversee the development of genuinely distinctive and useful product content, ensuring it resonates with our audience.
  • Support our channel marketing teams as they develop strategies and tactics to grow our products.
  • Bring together and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to refine and optimise strategies for maximum impact.

  • You have extensive experience in product marketing, ideally across multiple markets within the Fintech or tech space.
  • You have a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for tech products, with a strong understanding of the product and customer lifecycles.
  • You’ve got exceptional communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical features into clear, compelling benefits for customers.
  • You’re a strong advocate for customer wants and needs, with a knack for uncovering insights that drive product and marketing success.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally, with the ability to influence and lead teams across different disciplines and locations.
  • You’ve got a creative mindset with a passion for brainstorming and ideation, coupled with a data-driven approach to optimise marketing efforts.
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
