The Product Marketing team at Lightspeed is seeking a results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth of the NuOrder by Lightspeed platform, and our integrated B2B retail offerings. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing and working closely with the Vice President of Marketing for NuOrder, this position will: determine the go-to-market strategy for the B2B platform; establish impactful positioning and messaging for multiple products and audiences; conduct market analysis; gather customer feedback; and build and execute programs that support new business goals. Additionally, you will act as the voice of the customer and ensure customer needs are addressed at each marketing touchpoint.
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will build influential relationships throughout the organization. You will interact with diverse stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales, customer service, partnerships and others in order to help accelerate the launch and lifecycle management of our retail B2B products.

At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skillset, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $125,000 to $140,000 USD, depending on the candidate’s location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, 401K plan and match, paid parental leave top-up, and paid time off.
Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within the United States, and refers to the amount Lightspeed is willing to pay at the time of this posting, which may vary depending on the candidate’s actual location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
