What you'll be doing:
- Driving actionable market, analyst, and competitor insights from multiple data sources to support strategic decision-making, guiding product development, positioning, ICP, and pricing;
- Empowering the business by offering them 'fact-based knowledge' through market intelligence tooling, reporting and analyses;
- Be responsible for company-wide competitive intelligence initiatives, including battle cards, feature/function comparison sheets, competitive briefs, and training material;
- Proactively enhancing visibility and utilization of market and competitive insights to increase internal engagement.
What you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree;
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a competitive marketing intelligence role or similar;
- Previous experience working in a B2B software industry or complex product;
- Strong communication skills: you are able to communicate in a clear and understandable way and capable of communicating with international colleagues across departments and the globe;
- Analytical mindset: you are able to conduct a thorough market and competitor analysis and translate those insights into actionable strategies for the organisation.
